Understand the checks

Understand Not confirmed

The MVP does not confirm a person's access or permission to trade.

Question answered

Has the user's eligibility been confirmed by a supported attestation process? PeelSignal has no such process in the MVP, so every report says Not confirmed.

Accepted inputs

The public scanner accepts a token contract address. It does not request identity documents, investor classification, a wallet signature or personal location evidence.

Evidence sources

No partner-policy attestation is evaluated in this version. Public token documentation can describe product restrictions, but it does not establish an individual user's eligibility.

Deterministic rules

The current policy returns Not confirmed for every token type. Issuer identity, matching project claims, a fresh feed or documented exposure cannot change it. The service does not infer eligibility from an IP address or a successful page load.

Possible statuses

Not confirmed. This is a limit of the check, not a finding that you are ineligible.

What remains outside the check

Personal eligibility, legal entitlement and access decisions remain outside the scanner. PeelSignal cannot grant access to another product or replace that product's own requirements.

Receipt and expiry

Every MVP receipt records Not confirmed. Expiry or a recheck does not add an attestation. Read the report limits alongside the other panels.
