Read a report

Read each panel on its own, then check the evidence and timestamps.

Start with the contract identity

Read the chain, full address, deployed-code result and available name, symbol, decimals and total supply. These facts are read at the recorded block. Metadata can be missing or copied from another token. Supply describes the contract response; it does not establish circulating supply.

Explorer and market observations come from separate indexed sources. They can provide useful facts for an address that has no reviewed project identity. Their presence does not prove a token belongs to a particular project. Token discovery explains the fields and source gaps.

The classification describes the identity evidence found: issuer Stock Token, project token or unclassified. A project token needs deployed code and current matching claims from both reviewed project sources. Absence from the issuer registry is not a classification rule. Conflicting issuer entries or overlapping issuer and project identities remain unclassified for review.

Open the check details to distinguish an observed result from an unavailable source, a conflict, an unattempted check or a method outside coverage. These evidence labels are separate from the four panel statuses.

Four separate checks

Each panel answers a different question. A result in one panel does not fill a gap in another.

  • Contract provenance: does this chain and address satisfy the supported issuer Stock Token identity check?
  • Price integrity: do the available feed and contract observations satisfy the reviewed price checks?
  • Exposure evidence: can reviewed documents explain the supported exposure associated with the contract?
  • Eligibility: has this person’s access been confirmed? The MVP always says Not confirmed.

Read the status and the reason

The status is a short label. The explanation and details tell you why it applies, which evidence was available and what the check could not establish.

A project can have a published identity match while the stock-token provenance panel says Unrecognized. That panel concerns membership in the issuer registry. Its label does not erase the separate project evidence or label a token malicious. Status vocabulary defines every panel label.

Check the time

Read the observed time, source timestamps and expiry before using a result. The receipt records one observation. Its age changes while its original evidence stays the same.

When sources were read at different blocks or times, use their individual details. Do not assume every source describes a synchronized snapshot.

Follow the evidence

Open issuer documents for exposure terms, coverage for the supported checks and the receipt for the stored observation. Recheck when you need current conditions.

The report does not combine its panels into a safety score. It does not establish reserves, fair execution, liquidity or personal eligibility.
